Terms of Business For any business relationship to work there has to be an agreement between the parties and, in the spirit of transparency here are our terms. What is my commitment? We offer a rolling 30 day contract What's the real cost of a website? If we are to host the website To build a website, up to 5 pages is completely free of charge. For any extra pages, it is a flat £75 per page. The first months hosting deposit of £49 + VAT is required before we commence work. If the site is to be hosted elsewhere To build a website is £125 per page. That includes assistance in transferring to your hosting provider. A 50% deposit is required. Why does it cost extra to have an online payment? This is the cost charged by the provider, we are just passing that cost on. To save money, you can take the order and call back to take the payment over the phone. Do you provide domains? Yes, we do. We will search for an appropriate name and reserve that domain name for you. You own that domain name and we only ever act as an agency for you. There is normally a charge every 24 months to keep the domain. We would manage that domain for you during that period. What are the payment terms? The payment terms are: Monthly fees will be invoiced 30 days in advance. The invoices are due in 14 days A Direct Debit has to be set up (Not a standing order) Can I upgrade and/or downgrade? Yes, of course. The charges will be adjusted at the end of your 30 day period. What happens if I stop payments? It's the same as any other services, the service would be withdrawn. How quickly can I get live? We normally allow 2 weeks and we would need content, imagery (although we can supply some) and, of course, your menu. We would need information such as Opening Hours. Delivery Charges. Payment options (if chosen), we support PayPal and Stripe. What if I have my own website? We can normally provide the code for the online ordering system to your webmaster. We have a plugin for WordPress. What's your guarantee? If you don't like what we deliver, you don't pay.
